Warmth, sensitivity, confidence and understanding are characteristics we look for and value in our team at Windmill. We believe that when you have this alongside qualifications and experience, children can truly thrive in a childcare setting.
Ensuring that good staff stay with us is a priority, and we are very successful at it! Building a relationship with your child’s key person will mean a lot to you whether you want to discuss teething, behaviour, potty training or just find out how they’re getting on. We believe that this relationship is just as important as the one between your child and their key person. This is why we place great emphasis on staff continuity.

The staff and its ethics are what make this nursery the best around. Nothing is ever too much and they will always go the extra mile for your child. All three of my children over the last 16 years have come here and some of the staff are still here which to me says a lot.
